It is a blend of Raboso and Pinot Noir in which the freshness of the former is combined with the elegance of the latter. With an antique rose pink colour, the hints of Morello cherry, blackberry, raspberry and wild strawberry and its sophisticated taste suggest an accompaniment to fresh fruit, perhaps with a few wisps of fresh cream or creme patissiere.
